Her professional career as an educator began in 1978 as an elementary school teacher at Corpus Christi School in Mineola, Long Island, NY. In 1986 she transitioned into various leadership roles and training & development at WW Grainger in Lake Forest, IL.
During a very successful 28 year career at Grainger, Margaret held various positions ranging from Inside Sales Supervisor, Branch Manager, Regional Training Manager and Learning Delivery Consultant. Her national and international business travels have taken her throughout the USA, Mexico, Canada and China to make learning happen.
Margaret received her B.S. in Elementary Education from St. John’s University. She acquired her M.S. in Special Education from C. W. Post and received her MBA from The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
Margaret resides in Chicago with her loving husband. They enjoy traveling, wine making and the good old outdoors. Margaret has done volunteer work for the American Red Cross in the Greater Chicago area.
